Good Humus makes their dried goods from only their fresh fruit and herbs from the farm. They like to make specialty products from old fruit varieties and with old fashion recipes which makes them more unusual. They are made during the fruit season in small batches, so they are in limited supply and occasionally sell out before more is made.
